7月8日金融一线消息，据六盘水金融监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，贵州银行股份有限公司六盘水分行因 员工行为管理不到位被罚款50万元。同时，张永栋（时任贵州银行股份有限公司六盘水分行风险管理部总经理）因 员工行为管理不到位，被禁止终身从事银行业工作。

　　2023年8月，据六盘水市纪委监委网站，贵州银行六盘水分行原风险管理部总经理张永栋涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受省纪委省监委派驻贵州银行纪检监察组纪律审查和六盘水市监察委员会监察调查。

　　值得注意的是，7月4日，六盘水金融监管分局曾披露，贵州银行六盘水分行被罚款50万元，时任贵州银行六盘水分行营业部总经理张登奎因案防管理不到位，被禁止终身从事银行业工作。2023年11月，张登奎因涉嫌严重违法违纪被查，通报职位为贵州银行水城支行原行长。

　　据官网介绍，贵州银行属贵州省省管大一型国有企业，成立于2012年10月11日，注册地、总部设在贵州省省会贵阳市，2019年12月30日在香港联交所挂牌上市。
