绿科科技国际(00195.HK) 独立董事委员会建议股东接纳Metals X Limited提出的无条件自愿部分收购要约，向公司独立董事委员会提供意见的独立财务顾问认为要约公平合理，要约价每股0.35元较停牌前收市价溢价25%，较假设性经调整每股价格高出约66.67%，而且股份交易流动性低，以及面临除牌风险。
