美国联邦巡回上诉法院周二裁定，支持强生公司（NYSE：JNJ）在与Viatris（NASDAQ：VTRS）和梯瓦制药（NYSE：TEVA）关于神经科药物Invega Sustenna的专利纠纷中的立场。
法院认定Viatris和梯瓦制药未能证明Invega Sustenna相关专利创新是显而易见的，这一裁决将阻止两家公司在美国推出该药物的仿制版本。
上诉法院维持了新泽西州地方法院去年11月的判决，该判决认定以色列梯瓦制药未能成功挑战强生关于Invega Sustenna给药方案的专利有效性。法院综合考虑了梯瓦和Viatris提出的所有反对论点。
这起纠纷源于2018年1月，总部位于新泽西州新不伦瑞克的制药巨头强生对仿制药企提起专利侵权诉讼，指控其试图获得FDA批准销售该药物的非专利版本。
强生的Invega系列药物用于治疗成人精神分裂症，2024年在美销售额达31亿美元，同比增长约8%。
