消息面上，据诺诚健华官微消息，7月3日，诺诚健华宣布，公司自主研发的靶向B7-H3的新型ADC创新药ICP-B794获国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)药品审评中心(CDE)批准开展临床研究。
据介绍，ICP-B794是一款由人源化抗B7-H3单抗通过蛋白酶可裂解连接子与公司自主开发的强效有效载荷偶联而成。这种组合确保ADC创新药精准靶向肿瘤细胞，同时最大限度地减少脱靶效应，为肺癌、食道癌、鼻咽癌、头颈部鳞状细胞癌、前列腺癌等实体瘤患者提供有希望的治疗方法。
目前全球尚无B7-H3靶向疗法获批上市。B7-H3是一种I型跨膜蛋白，高表达于多种实体瘤，因其特异性表达在肿瘤细胞中被认为是一个非常有潜力的抗肿瘤靶点。
