2025年7月8日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，镇江新区城市建设投资有限公司2023年度第一期中期票据跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，该债项级别充分考虑了江苏省信用再担保集团有限公司（以下简称“江苏信保集团”）提供的全额无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保。中诚信国际认为镇江市积极推动产业转型，随着经济结构的不断调整及经济增长方式的转变，近年来经济财政实力持续增强，潜在的支持能力很强；镇江新区城市建设投资有限公司（以下简称“新区城投”或“公司”）主要负责镇江新区基础设施建设及安置房建设等任务，具备一定的区域重要性。跟踪期内公司各项业务持续稳步推进，但需关注安置房业务可持续性弱、短债压力较大、往来款及对外拆借款回收进展，以及或有负债风险对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，镇江新区城市建设投资有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
