据报道，在百度近期的季度高管会上，创始人李彦宏发表了一场主题为《求真务实》的内部演讲，罕见地系统反思了百度的组织文化和业务得失。

李彦宏指出百度在业务上存在不聚焦的问题，要求高管敢于批评和自我批评，主动减少发力方向，强调团队精神和目标导向。

在AI领域，百度面临生成式AI的挑战，文心一言未能引爆C端用户，文心大模型与竞品差距明显，百度云虽增长迅速但毛利偏低，搜索业务也面临竞品分流和AI颠覆风险。

李彦宏表示百度需要重塑内部信心，同时强调百度在AI领域有深厚的积淀，未来仍有广阔的发展空间。

在业务布局上，百度的大模型路线从闭源转向开源，6月30日百度正式开源了10个不同尺寸和性能的模型。李彦宏认为智能本身就是最大的应用，未来将是多模型并存的市场，迭代速度是目前唯一的护城河。

对于百度的Robotaxi业务萝卜快跑，李彦宏首次转向支持纯视觉技术路线，认为这是与时间赛跑的机会。百度智能云作为集团营收增长的主要动力，其增长得益于昆仑芯、订阅制服务和资源利用率的提升。

百度搜索业务则面临内容生态的挑战，李彦宏希望通过AIGC补充内容生态，重塑搜索优势。
