新浪科技讯 7月11日晚间消息，据悉，法院作出二审判决，均维持原判：上海车展站上特斯拉车顶的河南张女士被认定侵犯特斯拉名誉权，应向特斯拉赔礼道歉并赔偿17万元。同时，组织策划特斯拉上海车展事件的媒体人封某，向特斯拉道歉并赔偿25万元。
至此，历经4年多，长达1500多天的特斯拉刹车门事件终于结束。
据司法评估机构出具的评估报告显示，“上海车展事件”使特斯拉遭受了超过1.7亿元订单直接损失、数千万元商誉损失。在此事件后还曾发生几起车主号称“刹车失灵”的事故，最终司法鉴定机构作出的鉴定结果都显示事故原因与特斯拉车辆本身无关。
二审判决中，法院同样认定媒体人封某在2021年4月19日“上海车展事件”中，起到了组织、策划的作用。同时，因封某长期在微博上攻击特斯拉、贬损特斯拉名誉的行为，法院判决其在其微博账号及法治日报向特斯拉赔礼道歉，赔偿损失25万元。
据悉，有另一起一审判决结果显示，某新能源车企CEO对此类事件以监督之名，行诋毁之实，发表不当言论，被判败诉，需向特斯拉道歉并赔偿。
