乐居财经刘治颖7月9日，大众口腔(02651)在港交所挂牌上市，独家保荐人为海通国际，开盘涨24%，总市值12.25亿港元。

招股书显示，大众口腔是华中地区以湖北省及湖南省为重点的民营口腔医疗服务提供商。截至最后实际可行日期，大众口腔的口腔医疗服务网络共由92家在营口腔医疗机构组成。

根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2024年所得收入计，大众口腔在华中地区所有民营口腔医疗服务提供商中居第一位，占市场份额约2.4%。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2024年收入计，大众口腔于中国所有民营口腔医疗服务提供商中居第十四位，占市场份额约0.4%。

2022年至2024年，大众口腔收入分别为4.09亿元、4.42亿元、4.07亿元，年内利润分别为5645万元、6703.8万元、6250万元，毛利率分别为36.3%、38.1%及37.4%。

紧随全球发售完成后（假设超额配股权并无获行使），姚雪及沈洪敏将直接及透过中山医疗投资间接合共有权行使大众口腔经扩大已发行股本总额约65.31%附带的投票权。
