新浪科技讯 7月11日上午消息，乐道L90产品技术发布会后，蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO李斌，蔚来联合创始人、总裁秦力洪，蔚来高级副总裁、乐道汽车总裁沈斐与媒体对话。

　　对于传闻中的裁员一事，沈斐表示，不叫裁员，是人员队伍的调整优化，以匹配市场变化。乐道的销量在提升，团队士气是高涨的。

　　李斌则表示，蔚来内部推进基本经营单元，做的事情都要给用户创造价值，不能创造价值的就不要做；全员经营，销量只是一个过程，要为业务的整体经营负责。在这两个基础之上，有同事主动或者被动的离开了公司，内部也是很不舍的，他们都很优秀，也经常收到离职同事发的信息，祝福公司早日走出低谷。蔚来倾注了很多人的心血和希望，责任就是把公司做好，让正在和曾经在蔚来工作的同事看到，蔚来能够靠自己的本事从低谷走出来。
