7月9日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司信用评级委员会通过对交通银行股份有限公司及拟发行的“交通银行股份有限公司2025年第一期总损失吸收能力非资本债券（债券通）”信用状况进行综合分析和评估，评定交通银行股份有限公司主体信用等级为AAA，评级展望为稳定，本期债券信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，交通银行股份有限公司是中国六大国有大型商业银行之一，在中国银行业体系中具有很强的系统重要性，在全球范围内为客户提供全面的金融服务。截至2024年末，该行第一大股东为中华人民共和国财政部，A股和H股合计持股占比达23.88%。
评级报告认为，交通银行作为全球系统重要性银行和六家国有大型商业银行之一，在银行业保持极强的品牌影响力和行业竞争力。该行通过强化数字化转型及科技赋能，推进普惠金融、贸易金融、科技金融、财富金融等各板块业务协同发展，整体经营发展平稳。该行不良贷款率持续下降，拨备覆盖率逐年上升，资产质量保持稳定。同时，通过优化资本结构、提升资本精细化管理能力，该行资本充足水平稳步提升，为各项业务持续发展提供稳定支撑。
