松果财经讯，天眼查App显示，近日，蔚来汽车销售服务有限公司、蔚来汽车科技（安徽）有限公司发生工商变更，前者注册资本由110亿人民币增至230亿人民币，后者注册资本由180亿人民币增至260亿人民币。蔚来汽车销售服务有限公司、蔚来汽车科技（安徽）有限公司分别成立于2017年3月、2020年8月，法定代表人均为秦力洪，经营范围包括技术服务、技术开发、技术咨询等，均由蔚来控股有限公司全资持股。
