China Carbon Neutral Development Group Ltd. has announced the proposed termination of its existing share option scheme, originally adopted on March 29, 2016, and the adoption of a new share option scheme. The existing scheme, which was set to remain valid until March 28, 2026, will be replaced upon the approval of the new plan. The company has outlined a conditional grant of options, pending shareholder approval, which will make 38,296,000 options available for future grants under the new scheme. These changes are subject to approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), with details to be provided in a forthcoming circular to shareholders.
