富豪酒店(00078.HK) 旗下西营盘项目“尚珑”昨日(8日)售出6伙单位，涵盖一房及两房间隔，当中包括以招标形式售出的一伙特色户，属低层两房平台单位，平台面积达557平方呎，单位的实用面积呎价达3万元。
全数6伙售出单位成交价合共超过4,100万元，连同较早前售出的111伙单位，项目已套现超过8.5亿元。富豪物业代理董事卫振声表示，经过过去几轮销售后，尚珑目前尚余少量高层单位，包括三伙顶层连天台特色户，考虑到近期楼市气氛持续向好，相信可以很快可觅得合适买家。(gc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
