英国保险巨头法通保险与黑石集团周四联合宣布建立私人信贷合作伙伴关系，成为最新一家加码企业贷款热潮的金融机构。作为管理着1.1万亿英镑（1.5万亿美元）资产的英国最大投资机构，法通表示此次合作将助力其强化CEO安东尼奥·西芒制定的两大战略重点：美国市场与私人信贷领域。
根据协议，法通的年金业务将通过黑石渠道获取投资级信贷资产，重点布局美国市场。该公司将把该业务单元新资金流的10%（约合数十亿英镑规模）配置到此类资产。
面对蓬勃发展的1.7万亿美元私人信贷市场，金融机构正加速抢占份额。花旗、瑞银、资本集团等机构已相继与阿波罗、泛大西洋投资、KKR等市场先行者建立合作。黑岩集团更以120亿美元收购私人信贷公司HPS Investment Partners，而汇丰等机构则选择自主拓展相关业务。
西芒在声明中指出：“这种合作伙伴关系既能满足客户对公私合营投资产品日益增长的需求，又能通过开发全球客户所需的复杂投资方案，提升年金业务资产组合多样性并推动资管规模增长。”
