知情人士称，科威特投资局在隔夜大宗交易中出售31亿美元美国银行的股份。

　　因信息不公开而不愿具名的知情人士表示，这些股票定价在每股47.95美元，处于推介区间的低端。

　　此次出售价格较周一收盘价48.66美元折让1.5%。随后，美国银行股价一度跌至46.76美元，纽约时间周二下午12：49，该股下跌3%，报47.21美元。

　　知情人士称，高盛集团负责此次大宗交易出售交易。美国银行和高盛的代表拒绝置评。科威特投资局发言人表示，该机构不对其投资活动发表评论。

　　这笔交易标志着这家主权财富基金一周之内第二次出售金融公司股份。上周五有报道称，科威特投资局出售友邦保险34亿美元的股份。
