Digitalx Ltd (ASX股票代码:DCC) 股价异动，周二飙涨34.15%。

DCC最新价0.11澳元，已发行股本12亿股，市值1.33亿澳元。截止一季度末公司账面现金结余363万澳元。

DigitalX 7月8日宣布向包括Animoca Brands、UTXO Management和ParaFi Capital在内的全球性数字资产投资者进行战略配售，成功募集约2070万澳元，所募资金将用于扩大DigitalX现有的比特币资金头寸。

DigitalX还将与几家战略投资者的核心领袖共同成立战略咨询委员会。

DigitalX临时首席执行官Demetrios Christou表示，DigitalX会继续将比特币作为公司财库战略的核心。

完成此次配售后，DigitalX的总资产将超过9500万澳元，包括比特币、数字资产和现金。
