7月11日，蔚来高级副总裁、乐道总裁沈斐在乐道L90媒体面对面上回应内部减员传闻时称，这并非裁员，而是为匹配当下战略、市场竞争而进行的队伍优化。其并称，整个团队目前士气实际越来越高涨，销量也在不断上扬。小鲸注：今年6月，蔚来董事长李斌公开回应组织架构调整效果时曾透露，乐道的一线的同事确实减少了40%，但乐道5月份的交付量至少会增长40%。（蓝鲸新闻 李卓玲）
