IT之家 7 月 9 日消息，韩国 OLED 研究机构 UBI Research 在当地时间昨日的新闻稿中指出，TCL 华星计划在本月宣布其在广州 T8 厂区建设一条喷墨印刷技术路线的 8.6 代 OLED 生产线的计划。

据称 TCL 华星的 T8 厂区可容纳两条 8.6 代 OLED 生产线，此次投资将聚焦于其中的一号线。这一产线总投资规模约 200 亿元人民币，目标今年 10 月动工，2026 年底开始安装设备。

相较于传统的掩膜像素沉积，喷墨印刷 OLED 技术路线拥有更低的设备投资成本，但相比三星显示、LG Display 主导的成熟方案，仍需要在亮度、寿命、均匀性、良率等方面经受市场检验。

TCL 华星目前已在武汉 5.5 代生产线上量产喷墨印刷 OLED，不过受限于基板尺寸产能相对有限。
