原油持稳，交易员一边权衡美国原油库存大幅增加的影响，一边研判美国限制伊朗原油出口的最新举措。

　　WTI原油经历盘中的涨涨跌跌之后，结算价在每桶68美元之上，涨势勉强延至第三天。

　　美国能源信息署周三公布，上周美国原油库存增加710万桶，为1月份以来最大增幅。与此同时，美国财政部制裁22个外国实体，因其协助伊朗出售石油。

　　“尽管单周进口环比大幅下降，但炼油活动小幅回落，加之出口疲软，共同推动原油库存大幅增加，”Kpler美洲首席石油分析师Matt Smith表示。

　　在美国针对伊朗出口的政策方面，制裁消息有助于缓解投资者对政策方向的不确定感。

　　尽管如此，荷兰合作银行全球能源策略师Joe DeLaura表示，制裁消息带来的上涨空间将有限，除非市场看到石油供应出现实质性减少。

　　“这都是假象，”他表示，“周末之前，所有受制裁的公司就会以新的名称存在于新的地点，石油照样流”。

　　WTI 8月原油期货价格上涨5美分，结算价报每桶68.38美元。

　　布伦特9月原油期货上涨4美分，结算价报每桶70.19美元。
