智通财经APP讯，和铂医药-B(02142)公布，公司所投资的公司上海恩凯细胞技术有限公司(恩凯赛药)近日已完成A+++轮融资，本轮融资由多名投资者参与，融资近人民币1亿元。所得款项将用于推进其核心NK细胞疗法产品候选药物的临床试验，并支持其产品管线的开发。
此次成功融资反映出恩凯赛药在NK细胞疗法开发领域持续取得突破，表明投资人对其创新免疫治疗平台充满信心，所获资金将为加速临床转化提供重要支撑。
据悉，恩凯赛药是一家生物科技公司，专注于NK细胞疗法创新技术的研发。2024年，其一种NK细胞产品候选药物获得美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)的新药研究申请 (IND)批准，另一种NK细胞产品候选药物获得中国国家药品监督管理局(NMPA) 的新药研究申请(IND)批准。
于2021年6月，公司通过其附属公司和铂医药(上海)科技发展有限公司作为联合创始人向恩凯赛药投资。截至2024年12月31日，公司通过和铂医药上海持有恩凯赛药总股权10.90%。
