TTM Technologies (TTMI) said Wednesday it has acquired a 750,000-square-foot facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and land rights for a future manufacturing site in Penang, Malaysia.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said it does not expect the acquisitions to significantly impact 2025 results.

The Wisconsin facility was previously owned by TDK and used for the production of disk drive products, the company said.

The 10 acres in Malaysia will allow TTM to deliver PCB manufacturing in Southeast Asia, the company said.
