Odaily星球日报讯 MyStonks 正式发布全球合规路线图。MyStonks 已于 2025 年 7 月 9 日宣布获得美国 FinCEN 颁发的 MSB（Money Services Business）牌照，成为美国数字资产与证券合规领域的先行者。根据路线图，MyStonks 将在 7 月完成美国 SEC 证券型代币发行（STO）备案，上线 Merkle Tree 资产链上证明机制，进一步提升资产透明度和用户信任。未来，MyStonks 将在 2025 年 Q3-Q4 推进欧盟 MiCAR 牌照申请，并参与欧盟 DLT Pilot Regime 监管试点，探索区块链证券合规创新。2025 年 Q4 至 2026 年，平台将陆续申请香港 VATP、新加坡 MAS、迪拜 VARA、台湾 VASP 等多地虚拟资产服务牌照，覆盖亚太、中东等主要市场。2026 年以后，MyStonks 还将拓展马来西亚、哈萨克斯坦等新兴市场合规资质，完善全球合规网络，持续夯实国际化与合规化发展基础。
