智通财经APP讯，电子交易集团(08036)发布公告，有关本公司认购基金的Q类股份(普通类别)，认购总额为100万美元(约等于780万港元)的相关事宜。董事会谨此宣布，基于商业考虑，本公司已与管理人进行友好协商，并在双方同意下决定终止认购事项。认购额已悉数退还予本公司，于完成撤销认购事项后，本公司将不持有任何基金股份。
董事会认为，终止认购事项将不会对本集团现有业务、营运或财务状况构成任何重大不利影响。
