多国在意大利罗马举行会议，承诺为乌克兰经济重建提供逾100亿欧元资金。
该会议亦宣布，包括意大利、德国、法国及西班牙在内的10个欧洲国家加入一项最近推出的出口担保计划，鼓励更多欧盟企业与乌克兰贸易。欧盟亦提出23亿欧元支援，作为欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩提出更广泛框架的一部分，预计带动最多100亿欧元对乌克兰的投资。
该会议亦宣布创建新的乌克兰重建股权基金，由欧洲投资银行、法国、德国、意大利和波兰支持，目标明年再提供5亿欧元资金。
今次为俄乌冲突以来第四次举行同类会议，旨在动员国际社会对乌克兰的支持。(fc/da)
