本报讯 (记者吕东)日前,天津银行联合新华社中国经济信息社共同发布“智慧通普惠”个体工商户运行指数之金融服务指数。该指数整合“智慧商户通”平台真实数据与经营主体问卷数据,根据行业区域分类,采用分层抽样方法,对天津市小微企业及个体工商户进行问卷调查,及时、准确反映天津金融服务情况。
从指数运行结果来看,2025年,天津普惠金融发展实现良好开局,2025年第一季度金融服务指数达114.04点,展现出强大的市场韧性。在贷款总量、覆盖面和融资成本等方面均取得积极进展,为实体经济发展提供了动力。
分项指数表现同样亮眼。金融服务指数中,服务质量指数得分高达117.49点,服务便利度平稳上升,服务可得指数虽有波动但总体向好。
“智慧通普惠”是天津银行数字化创新的重要品牌,“智慧商户通”为其重要载体,为小微市场主体提供“智能收款+智慧经营”一体化服务。截至2025年5月末,该行“智慧商户通”合作商户突破155.58万户,“智慧商户通·天行用呗”累计放款484.03亿元。
