消息面上，盛业公布，集团与全球领先的工业智能机器人斯坦德机器人(无锡)有限公司(斯坦德)近日达成战略合作。双方将聚焦供应链服务、产业生态链接、人工智能(AI)应用三大关键领域，开展深度合作。集团作为斯坦德的首选合作伙伴，将通过AIAgent链接其产业生态并进行数据分析，助力斯坦德上下游关联企业获得更灵活的订单撮合、供应链服务，推动整个机器人产业供应链的稳健发展。
值得注意的是，盛业5月宣布，配股引入战略投资者晶泰控股和交个朋友。未来战略合作伙伴晶泰科技将基于自身领先的AI研发平台及自动化机器人系统，并结合公司十多年的产业数据积累，为公司研发产业AI Agent提供全方位的技术支持。2024年度交个朋友全渠道商品交易总额(GMV)约150亿元，合作商家超过1.2万家，与公司电商业务也具有协同潜力。
