蓝鲸新闻7月9日讯，近日，国家金融监督管理总局温州监管分局发布了行政处罚信息，对浙江温州龙湾农村商业银行股份有限公司及其相关责任人进行了处罚。
罚单显示，浙江温州龙湾农村商业银行股份有限公司的主要违法违规事实包括：对关联方存款业务管理不到位；向非营销部门下达存款考核指标；贷款“三查”不到位，贷款资金被挪用；流动资金贷款被用于固定资产投资；票据业务保证金来源审查不审慎；违规跨区域开展业务。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局温州监管分局对浙江温州龙湾农村商业银行股份有限公司罚款265万元；对林涛、王剑、王长青警告。
