智通财经APP获悉，水泥股普遍走高，截至发稿，华新水泥(06655)涨6.07%，报9.96港元；中国建材(03323)涨3.44%，报4.21港元；华润建材科技(01313)涨3.35%，报1.85港元；海螺水泥(00914)涨2.34%，报21.85港元。
消息面上，7月1日，中国水泥协会发布《关于进一步推动水泥行业“反内卷”“稳增长”高质量发展工作的意见》，明确将优化产业结构调整。此外，水泥企业中期业绩预喜，福建水泥7月8日披露业绩预告，预计2025年上半年累计归属于母公司所有者的净利润2067.00万元，将实现扭亏为盈；塔牌集团预计2025年上半年归属于上市公司股东的净利润盈利4.07亿元至4.52亿元，同比增长80%-100%。
东兴证券指出，市场剧烈竞争下的优胜劣汰叠加“反内卷”等各项政策落地，都共同发力加速建筑建材行业落后产能的淘汰，加速行业供给端优化。这将进一步巩固优秀和龙头公司发展和成长的确定性，带来估值修复和业绩弹性。水泥行业“反内卷”政策的率先落地带来行业更好的供给端优化。
