智通财经APP讯，金石控股集团(01943)与要约人嘉能时代国际贸易有限公司联合公布，要约人建议提名何鑫先生、曾婧雯女士、赵瑞强先生及蔡若茜女士为新执行董事，以及提名林全智先生、李尚谦先生及余快先生为新独立非执行董事。董事会宣布，各新执行董事及新独立非执行董事均自2025年7月11日起就任。
自2025年7月11日起：(1)王建峰先生辞任董事会主席、行政总裁及提名委员会主席的职务。王先生将留任执行董事;(2)何先生已获委任为主席、行政总裁及提名委员会主席;及(3)赵先生已获委任为董事会副主席。
