知情人士称，Meta Plaforms Inc．已收购全球最大眼镜制造商EssilorLuxottica SA的少数股权，对快速增长中的智能眼镜行业加大投入。
因相关磋商不公开而不愿具名的知情人士表示，Facebook母公司Meta收购了雷朋眼镜制造商EssilorLuxottica略低于3%的股份，按当前市价计算，这些股份价值约30亿欧元（35亿美元）。知情人士还表示，Meta正在考虑进一步加大投资，希望持股比例未来能达到5%左右，不过这些计划仍有可能会调整。
Meta和EssilorLuxottica的代表拒绝发表评论。
