美国国会批准的一项全面的税收和预算法案将在9月底取消购买或租赁新电动汽车的7,500美元税收抵免，以及4,000美元二手电动汽车的税收抵免。近年来，这些补贴提振了电动汽车的销量，一些经销商和分析师预计，消费者会在抵免到期前争相利用这些抵免。
