7月9日金融一线消息，招商银行今日发布监事会决议公告称，公司于2025年7月7日以电子邮件方式发出第十二届监事会第四十二次会议通知，于7月9日以书面传签方式召开会议，审议通过了《关于副行长离任审计结论的议案》，同意对朱江涛担任招商银行副行长期间履职情况的离任审计结论。
