BlockBeats 消息，7 月 9 日，据 Theblock 报道，随着美国证券交易委员会考虑加快审批统一上市框架，山寨币加密 ETF“闸门”即将打开。此前据加密记者 Eleanor Terrett 披露，美国证券交易委员会正与各交易平台协同合作，着手制定加密货币 ETF 通用上市标准，目前尚处于初期阶段。若加密货币符合标准，发行人可跳过 19b-4 流程直接提交 S-1 文件，等待 75 天交易平台即可将其上线。这种方式可以节省发行人和 SEC 大量的文书工作和反复征求意见的时间。加密货币 ETF 通用上市标准具体规则尚未明确，市场猜测市值、交易量和流动性都在考虑之中。
彭博行业研究 ETF 分析师 James Seyffart 预计框架草案本月出台，9 月或 10 月实施，届时其他资产 ETF 闸门将开。分析师 Eric Balchunas 最近估计 SEC 批准 SOL、XRP 和 LTC 的 ETF 的可能性为 95%，追踪 Dogecoin、Cardano、Polkadot 的 ETF 提案获批的可能性也很高，约为 90%。
