European Lithium Receives Net Proceeds of $1.6 Million from US Mining Firm Share Sale

European Lithium (ASX:EUR) received net proceeds of over $1.6 million from the sale of 500,000 shares of New York-based Critical Metals (CRML) to a US institutional investor at $3.25 per share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company's remaining stake in CRML is worth around $205 million, the filing said.
