西锐公告称，7月3日，公司控股股东中航通飞香港通过大宗交易出售了1750万股公司股份，约占公司总股本的4.78%，每股均价39.98港元。此次交易后，中航通飞香港的持股比例将从约84.97%降至约80.18%。
