消息面上，近日，工信部拟公告符合《电动自行车行业规范条件》企业名单(第三批)。根据商务部数据，截至2025年6月30日，我国电动自行车以旧换新共交售旧车、换购新车各846.5万辆，日均置换量近5万辆，是2024年的6.1倍。申万宏源认为，随着销售旺季到来和国补剩余资金下达，以旧换新销量有望呈现出逐月加速的趋势。
申万宏源指出，电动两轮车行业第三批白名单公布，截至目前前三批白名单合计上榜品牌19个，对应工厂44家，雅迪、爱玛各合计入围6家工厂，位居前列。新国标从安全角度出发，要求存量不合规车辆替换，执法力度很大程度影响需求释放力度。新国标通过对产品3C认证和企业生产资质的要求，推动供给端集中度提升。2024年定位政策过渡年，2025年来随着新国标+以旧换新落地，执法力度强化是本轮政策周期最大特征，以旧换新是本轮政策周期中的纯增量，预计2025年两轮车行业β提速。
