A股三大指数早盘集体上涨，截至午盘，沪指涨1.05%，深成指涨0.94%，创业板指涨1.19%，北证50指数涨0.84%。全市场半日成交额10310亿元，较上日放量966亿元。全市场超2800只个股上涨。板块题材上，稀土永磁、有色金属、大金融、CRO概念股领涨；PCB、铜缆高速连接、游戏、光伏设备板块跌幅居前。 ETF方面，稀土板块继续大爆发，稀土ETF易方达、稀土ETF嘉实、华泰柏瑞基金稀土ETF分别涨7.31%、6.83%、6.82%。大金融板块沸腾，易方达基金香港证券ETF、华宝基金金融科技ETF和汇添富基金证券ETF龙头分别涨6.7%、4.06%和4.04%。 德国DAX指数收跌0.4%，两只德国ETF分别跌1.63%、1.29%。游戏板块走低，游戏ETF跌1.07%。法股CAC40指数收升0.3%，但法国CAC40ETF跌1.02%。光伏板块回调，光伏ETF易方达、光伏ETF基金分别跌0.73%和0.66%。
