BUZZ-Australia's IGO up after Carawine says it withdrew from joint venture
** Shares of critical minerals miner IGO LtdIGO.AX rose as much as nearly 6% to A$4.780, their highest level since Feb 19
** IGO last up 2.2%, in line with mining sub-index .AXMM
** Explorer Carawine Resources CWX.AXsays IGO will withdraw from the Fraser Range Joint Venture, which IGO manages with a 76% stake
** CWX did not give reason and IGO did not comment on the statement; CWX shares trading flat
** IGO trading volume at 7.6 mln, nearly 2x 30-day avg
** YTD, IGO down 5.2%
