2025年7月10日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，吉林省高速公路集团有限公司2024年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第二期)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论。中诚信国际认为吉林省高速公路集团有限公司（以下简称“吉高集团”或“公司”）在推进吉林省高速公路建设及高速公路运营中发挥重要作用，与股东及吉林省政府关联性很高。此外，中诚信国际认为吉高集团区域地位重要、路产垄断优势明显，具有较强竞争力，通行费收入较高，再融资能力良好；同时，中诚信国际关注到公司债务规模相对较高，远期面临较大偿债压力，期间费用水平较高，对利润侵蚀严重等对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，吉林省高速公路集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
