智通财经APP获悉，香港中旅(00308)早盘一度涨超14%，值得注意的是，该股近期表现活跃，6月26日单日股价即暴涨近86%，至今不到一个月，股价已实现翻倍。截至发稿，涨6.81%，报2.04港元，成交额8.54亿港元。
消息面上，今年6月26日，《香港数字资产发展政策宣言2.0》发布，明确8月1日开放稳定币牌照申请，重点支持跨境支付、旅游门票等真实资产代币化（RWA）场景。当晚，香港中旅发布公告称，为进一步聚焦发展战略，优化公司业务结构，实现公司股东价值最大化，董事局持续对公司的业务布局及组合进行不定期的研究和战略检视。截至公告日期，公司尚未就任何建议作出决定，且概无保证战略检视过程将导致任何将予公告或完成的交易。
据悉，香港中旅是中国旅游集团旗下旅游投资和运营业务的旗舰。公司以旅游目的地开发运营为重点，致力于运营优质独特文旅资源和一体化打造，主要业务包括投资与运营旅游景区及相关业务、旅行证件及相关业务、酒店业务、跨境客运业务等。截至2024年底，共计投资运营约60家国内外景区度假区，其中5A景区18家、4A景区18家。
