Bajaj Housing Finance Gets Board Nod to Allot Debentures Worth INR10 Billion

Bajaj Housing Finance (NSE:BAJAJHFL, BOM:544252) has received board approval to allot non-convertible debentures worth 10 billion Indian rupees on a private placement basis, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The company plans to allot 100,000 secured redeemable at face value of 100,000 rupees each at a coupon rate of 7.08% per annum.

The debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE. They are scheduled to mature on June 12, 2030.
