智通财经APP获悉，BOSS直聘-W(02076)午后涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.03%，报75.35港元，成交额9519.59万港元。
消息面上，BOSS直聘此前公布配发结果，公司全球发售3450万股H股，香港公开发售占30%，国际发售占70%。每股发售价66港元，全球发售净筹约22亿港元。其中，香港公开发售获12.04倍认购，国际发售获12.46倍认购。发售股份已于7月4日上午9时开始在港交所买卖。
根据公告，本次股份发售旨在进一步增强公司的财务灵活性、拓宽公司的股东基础和增加股份的流动性。值得注意的是，公司创始人、董事长兼CEO赵鹏表示，本次公开招股后，BOSS直聘将继续专注垂直领域深耕，公司目前对产品国际化持谨慎态度，但将在香港市场努力做好本地化的招聘类软件产品。
