智通财经APP讯，悍高集团(001221.SZ)披露招股意向书，公司拟首次公开发行4001万股，初始战略配售发行数量为400.1万股。本次发行初步询价日期为2025年7月16日，申购日期为2025年7月21日。
公告显示，公司自成立之初便专注于家居五金和户外家具领域，致力于研发、设计、生产和销售高品质的收纳五金、基础五金、厨卫五金以及户外家具等多元化产品，主营业务未发生重大变化。
报告期内(即2022年度至2024年度)，公司经营业绩保持稳定增长，营业收入分别为16.2亿元、22.22亿元和28.57亿元，年均复合增长率为32.78%;扣除非经常性损益后归属于母公司所有者的净利润分别为1.99亿元、3.29亿元和5.2亿元，年均复合增长率为61.83%。
据悉，本次发行扣除发行费用后的募集资金净额，将全部用于悍高智慧家居五金自动化制造基地、悍高集团研发中心建设项目、悍高集团信息化建设项目。预计投入募集资金4.2亿元。
