Odaily星球日报讯 CryptoQuant 在 X 平台发文表示，据 Strategy（MSTR）提交给美 SEC 的文件披露，截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日，公司持有 59.7 万枚比特币，购买斥资 424 亿美元，当前价值达 644 亿美元。然而，新会计规则 ASU 2023-08 要求公司以公允价值报告比特币资产，即使未实际出售，这可能从 2026 年起触发 15%的企业最低税率（CAMT）。Strategy 在文件中明确表示，公司“可能需要清算部分比特币持有量或发行额外债务或股权证券，以筹集足够现金履行纳税义务”。这意味着税收压力可能迫使 Strategy 在未来不得不出售部分比特币持仓，以应对未实现收益产生的实际税单。
