智通财经APP获悉，周四，贝壳(BEKE.US)涨逾4%，报19.03美元。消息面上，旭辉、龙光、融创等多家地产公司债务重组迎来进展。旭辉于7月8日向其债券持有人推出了境内债券重组的全面优化方案。此次方案对比之前的版本，在偿债金额、时间及方式上，各选项条款均实现了全面升级。
业内人士分析指出，从早期的单一展期降息，到近期旭辉、龙光、融创等民营房企通过市场化债务重组的方式取得的实质性突破，对重塑行业信心、化解风险具有显著的风向标意义。市场普遍预期，随着更多民营房企债务重组取得阶段性进展，行业整体信心有望逐步企稳。
