快科技7月10日消息，微软宣布为Windows 11 24H2及后续版本（如25H2），带来了一项重要的安全和性能改进：

启用全新的默认脚本引擎JScript9Legacy，取代使用多年的旧版JScript，为用户提供更好的性能和安全性。

微软表示，通过启用JScript9Legacy，Windows 11用户将受益于其提供的"改进的性能和安全功能"。

新的脚本引擎将帮助减少与旧版脚本相关的漏洞，例如跨站脚本（XSS）攻击，过去Windows曾多次被发现存在脚本引擎攻击漏洞，最近一次是在2024年8月。

新的JScript9Legacy引擎将执行更严格的执行策略和改进的对象处理机制，从而有效缓解类似XSS的攻击。

这一改变将为企业用户和家庭用户带来更好的保护，抵御利用过时脚本引擎的网络威胁。

JScript自1990年代末首次随Internet Explorer 3.0推出以来，一直是Windows脚本的核心组成部分。

微软指出，新的JScript9Legacy引擎将用JScript9Legacy.dll替换旧的JScript.dll，同时保持对现有脚本的向后兼容性，同时在最新版本的Windows上提供更强大的安全性。

微软强调，用户无需采取任何额外操作即可受益于JScript9Legacy，它也不会影响现有的工作流程。
