Odaily星球日报讯 据官方消息，德林控股集团（1709.HK）于港交所发布公告表示与金融科技公司 Asseto Fintech Limited（Asseto）合作的真实世界资产（RWA）代币化项目取得实质性进展。继双方于 6 月 30 日签署战略合作备忘录后，德林控股有望成为香港首家自主实施商用物业代币化的持牌券商，计划将最高价值 5 亿港元的实体资产通过区块链技术转化为数字权益，并将部分以合规分派方式赠予德林控股合资格股东、德林证券合规用户及旗下科技金融平台突触科技（NeuralFin）认证用户，分派金额最多 6000 万港元。 此外，德林控股还已计划申请香港稳定币牌照，并将加速推进旗下“突触科技（NeuralFin）”的 AI 应用与 Asseto 的协同效应。 此前消息，德林控股与 ViaBTC 达成战略合作意向，拟在多个领域展开深度合作，包括：共同开展加密货币场外交易（OTC）；为 OTC 及/或加密货币挖矿客户提供专业的资产管理及家族办公室服务。
