智通财经APP讯，丰银禾控股(08030)公布，于2025年7月9日，该公司间接全资附属香港数保科技有限公司拟向徐韵购买该物业，代价2380万港元，将由买方促使该公司于完成时按发行价每股代价股份2.35港元向卖方配发及发行1012.766万股代价股份支付。董事拟将物业用作集团于香港的员工宿舍。
所收购的物业位于香港屯门The Carmel House15青山公路大榄段168号，为住宅物业，总可销售面积约为1,687平方尺。
