盛视科技(002990.SZ)公告称，公司于法国巴黎时间2025年7月10日参与ALDEBARAN SAS的机器人相关资产公开拍卖，最终以90万欧元成功竞得。公司将通过全资子公司香港盛视在法国设立盛视技术法国有限公司作为竞得资产的接收方和运营主体。公司需履行境外投资备案程序，投资总额不超过2,800万欧元，用于偿还相关款项、资产交接费用及法国子公司的日常经营资金需求。本次竞得资产包括Aldebaran公司推出的Nao、Plato及Pepper机器人系列相关的核心资产。Aldebaran公司成立于2005年，总部位于法国巴黎，主要从事人形机器人的设计、开发、生产和商业化，为全球知名的较早开展人形机器人研究和商业化的公司。该公司推出的人形机器人在教育、科研、商业服务、医疗等领域得到广泛运用。
