Cohen & Steers Inc. announced that its assets under management (AUM) totaled $88.9 billion as of June 30, 2025, marking an increase of $321 million from the previous month. This growth was driven by market appreciation of $965 million, which was partially offset by distributions amounting to $460 million and net outflows of $184 million. The breakdown of AUM by investment vehicle showed that institutional accounts had a slight decrease, while open-end and closed-end funds experienced growth.
